The Hague Appeal For Peace
    The Hague Appeal for Peace is a major coalition of civil society organizations with a 80-member international organizing committee and a network of over 1000 organizations and individuals. This network includes cultural activists, those concerned with peace and disarmament, human rights, indigenous peoples' rights, gender, the environment, faith-based approaches, peace education and youth.  Hundreds of civil society organizations from many countries collaborated for over two years to produce the Hague Agenda.  The Hague Agenda for Peace and Justice for the 21st Century is a 50-point action-plan for the next century to work towards the abolition of war.

    The Hague Appeal for Peace supports several campaigns which work with specific issues related to the peace process.
These are the International Action Network on Small Arms,  Global Campaign for Peace Education, International Criminal Court - Global Ratification Campaign, International Campaign to Ban Landmines,  Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, The Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers , Global Action to Prevent War, Women in Peacebuilding, Campaign to End Genocide, Global Ban on Depleted Uranium Weapons, The International Network on Disarmament and Globalization, and The International Poor People's Campaign for Economic Justice.
